I had been suffering from regular knee pain for quite a long period of time. I was also prone to minor muscle injuries and also some back pain.
Since starting the program and incorporating the exercises you showed me into my daily routine, I have pretty much eliminated the minor muscle injuries and the back pain. I have also experienced a big reduction in the knee pain, it is not as bad as it used to be and is nowhere near as frequent. Seeing that I have been playing football for more than 40 years it would be wrong to expect never to have any issues with my knees but the situation now is the best it has been for a long time.
The best things about the program are that you learn to understand your own body much better for example I had never realised how imbalanced I was and how much the right side of my body was stronger than my left. I learned how important it is to have correct posture both when exercising and also just in everyday life when you are standing still, walking around or sitting down. I have seen the benefits of regular stretching every day and also improved my technique on lots of exercises
